What it does
The Accelerator takes a historical data export from the systems you already operate — your CMMS, CAFM, BMS, or ERP — and runs it through Xempla's governance engine. In 90 days you receive an evidence-based picture of your FM operation that your existing reporting cannot produce: where effort is misaligned with outcomes, where risk is accumulating without visibility, and where the decisions being made today lack the evidence to survive scrutiny tomorrow.
